We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gramicci gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact and included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
